Uncertainty and speculation about death, consciousness and the like are awesome. I totally relate to that, hopefully most of us do.
Altering your body chemistry, though, is dead physical. And speculations are quite irrelevant when it comes to change your body with drugs, not to mention others bodies. Then, neurobiology is perfectly able to kick your ass to oblivion no matter what your beliefs say.
I don't think anyone here is suggesting that your experience was negative or without value. No one can judge the value of your experience. But a lot of people come here not just to find helpful information, but that validation you mention as well. Some inexperienced people may hope that their expectations and wishes are encouraged. Some might hope to find reports of someone smoking large doses, doing crazy stuff and having a blast and then bragging about it online, because that's what some teenagers do and they like to play that validation game.
And those games, sooner or later, end in disaster.
So people in this community, particularly moderators, need to clearly remind not just the poster, but whoever reads such reports, about the fact that's a poor model and that's not the kind of use of psychedelics that this community endorses.
For the simple fact that, if your way to engage DMT was common, communities like this would eventually cease to exist.
