Yes SWIMS's FOAF is pretty sure. The dmt-n-oxide freebase is slightly soluble in water. Out of 50 parts dmt-n-oxide freebase 1 maybe 2 parts would prefer the water over a suitable non-polar solvent (i.e. a solvent good enough to dissolve them, like DCM, xylene, toluene) .
