Just a thought..

SunshineMaker

May we never go to hell, but always be on our way.
I'll begin this by saying I am in no way shape or form a chemist nor am I well versed in some of the language surrounding the subject. This is all fairly new to me but it has grasped my attention and im fully committed to learning, for me this means I will eat breathe and sleep baring the essence of this new world I've began living in. It's happened with motorcycles, carpentry, fine finish wood working, certain hobby type activities I tend to find myself almost obsessive about and now I'm here. And happy to be .

NOW, my pondering on this late night has me asking if my friend were to accidentally miss a step, double an amount, added something completely unrelated to the tek he's doing, had an "uh oh" moment whatever the case may be, he needs to somehow get back to a "zero" point, a restart of knowing that the plant material is in the dark solution and he's safe to begin step 1 again? For the sake of explaining we could use cyb tek as his chosen tek.

Thanks for the knowledge..

This entirely depends on what mistake.

Did you add a little bit more water? No problem. A little bit more base? No problem. Did you use an entirely wrong solvent? Problem.

Edit: Follow the tek closely, and make sure that your materials are correct. It's easy to do it correctly if you're careful enough.

Okay that alieves some confusion and frustration, it was his second extract but first time trying STB. What happened was an unintentional start following "dream weaver tek" then hopped into the more traditional STB thread and ended up cutting the dream weaver times drastically. First pull was suspicious and that's when this thread was started. Pulled a few more and got a mid yield, there's clouds in the jar but will not precipitate fully.
