Lights for cacti?

Im getting bunch of small pedros soon, i was thinking about getting a big one aswell but i have no hurry to harvest so i´m probably getting around 5small ones instead.

Its getting dark around 4pm in my country now so i will need some kind of artificial light for them since i wan´t maximum growth for the little suckers

Anyway how much would 5 san pedros need? i´m probably going with Le so what spectrum and watt would work for this?

Maybe get a T5 light fixture. They're pretty cheap and will do the job.
