Hey everyone!
Excited to join this community and connect with others exploring DMT. I've been using DMT intentionally to support healing and recovery, especially following a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that significantly impacted my life. Through my experiences, I've become fascinated by DMT's neuroprotective and regenerative properties, and I've found it incredibly helpful for mood stabilization, emotional reset, and overall mental health.
I'm particularly interested in how DMT interacts with meditation, music, and physical wellness routines. Personally, I enjoy combining my sessions with Transcendental meditation or very low dose with a vibration plate that I stand on to engage the most parts of the brain while forming new pathways and thoughtfully selected music (WookieFoot has been a powerful companion for me! Just pretend their first three albums don't exist). I'm always researching new studies, techniques, and insights into sustainable and therapeutic use, so I'm excited to share what I've learned and hear from others about their journeys.
I'm currently navigating some challenging real-life circumstances and have been very grateful for dmt and the ways it's helped me. I've tried to not overly rely on it. I feel that psychedelics in general, if they sense you are leaning on them too hard for too long they will kick you out whether that's your subconscious saying no you need to do other things as well or the spirit of the plant itself. So I've incorporated DMT into a kitchen sink approach of many different things to get my brain healing.
Looking forward to meaningful conversations and learning from all of you!
