I saw it had been done but there weren't that many contributors at the time furthering the experiments.

Being cheap, I would rather verify its success before continuing with an older extraction that is still sitting with Limonene.

My friend is also looking for a formula for drying the 1% water in a 99% IPA using epsom salts.

For example, place 1 tbl epsom salts in oven at 350 for 1 hour and then place into 1 pint 99% IPA and shake and then let settle. etc...

Anyway my good friend realizes Mescaline Fumarate or mescaline otherwise has an extra affinity for water...?

Personally, BTW, I do not mind the idea of sedative compounds so this may not even be necessary for me to enjoy cactus.

However my friend admits he is fascinated at the idea of Mescaline dropping out of Limonene like Dmitrius does when FASIpa-ed

Well, I was one of the few you mention. The beaver has done at least one more extraction since we last communicated. Still works fine :)
 
Could some kind soul just go over the drying process using Epsom Salts etc.

Does one have to dry both the Limonene and the IPA.

IS there a basic Formula for this process based on volume.

If doing FASI you should dry both the IPA and the limo at the salting stage. I suppose it wouldnt hurt to dry your limo before pulling in a drytek. But, I have not ever done that ...anyone care to comment?

I would love to see the formula for how much epsom to use, but here is my less than exact but certainly effective methos.

put your epsom salts in a baking dish, in the oven set hot. You are cooking out the water, it looks cool, little streams collect under the surface, that looks like ice. The whole scene looks awesome, if you have a good camera pls take take pics. an hour or so at 400 f should do it.

Grind, crush, powderize your new friend... anhydrous magnesium sulfate!!! I usually do the whole container of epsom at once and then just put it all back in the orig container.

Put some in a jar...I do not know how much... an inch or so in a quart mason jar. I always overkill it just to be sure.

Add your liquid to be dried and mix really well, let settle, mix again, let settle. Decant and then filter through a super tight cotton ball filter (or better)
