Looking for feedback on how to torch "bufo" [Incilius alvarius venom] in a flask

I've done bufo with providers in the past and decided to grab my own using a flask since I can't afford to do it that way. I know you need to get the temp right when torching it in the erlenmeyer flask. My question is how sensitive is it to releasing chemicals, how worried do you really need to be?

My current test will be to use a very low dose where I will not blast the flask glass with the flame itself but hold it close to get the bufo bubbling while lightly rotating the glass.

Can someone give me more specific instructions for how they do it and provide some feedback? Obviously I'm doing extremely low dosing until I get a good feel for it.

"Bufo" here it's referring to Bufo alvarius / Incilius alvarius venom. It's a common name for it that's also very unfortunate as it seems to be referring to bufotenin, you don't actually smoke the toad, and the toad is not even in the Bufo genus anymore.
