lophophine and other MDxx alternative's?

Has anybody ever attempted to extract pure lophophine?
there are many phen's in cacti, and some of them have a molecular structure, very simmilar to MDMA. I have the suspission that for people interested in a good alternative for MDMA, cacti could very well be a source of pretty much everything they're looking for.

I find a small amount of peyote combined with a low dose of harmala's already better than MDMA, but some purified compound could maybe even beat that.
 
How much is a small amount to you polytrip? Swim is interested in the peyote harmala combo but peyote doesnt come cheap, so hes put it on the backburner for now but he would love to hear your dosages for those better than mdma expereinces? cheers

peyote in amounts smaller than a tennisball or three to four golfballs has an XTC-like effect. This is amplified by caapi in amounts below 20 grams (more could result in side-effects maybe).
There is a point where peyote changes from XTC-like effects to ayahuasca-like. For me the that point is somewhere around the 'tennisball-amount', when it comes to peyote. At psychedelic doses it's a totally different type of experience, a totally different type of vibe and feeling.
 
Cheers for the info polytrip sounds interesting, swim may try this september with the peyote he has growing, he may pester you then if thats ok. Seems quite expensive right enough
 
Phikal has an entry on lophophine ...bioassayed up to 250mgs, but doesn't sound all that interesting.
