Ya, SWIM has made 69ron's Peppermint LSH tea a bunch of times now, of course though sometimes it works, others it doesn't. :?

Would the LSH only stay stable in the refrigerator only then, or could SWIM take them out in room temperature and they would still be fine? SWIM remembers WAY back in grade 10 science that Jello was one of a few combination that couldn't be undone. (From what SWIM remembers anyways...) So SWIMs theory is that the acetaldehyde and LSA would 'bond' (for the lack of a better word) with the Jello, thus becoming inseparable with the Jello. Now the main question is would the acetaldehyde still evaporate anyways or would it combine fully with the gelatin making it inseparable?

So just enough to make it PH 4 from what SWIM has read??
