Managing stress on the body from DMT practice?

Esteemed member
I'm fairly active in terms of physical training and general outside activities.
Definitely noticed how DMT practice tends to load up the central nervous system. It isn't too bad on the same day, but the day after - going for a training session is one mountain to climb... body is very relaxed and requires persuasion to get going. And it's still bad enough that the persuasion itself needs to be persuaded...
I'm also feeling it in my lungs for a least 2-3 days after - there's like a post-cold cough as if lungs are trying to get rid of something and a certain lack of lungs capacity.

Don't believe - I'm the only one? What's others experience has been like?

Another question is what's your exact ROA [OK - kind of answered while I typed this…], and do you smoke anything else?
95% freebase
5% changa and I've became very cautious about when, why and in what mood I'd reach out for it
Does this mean if you have 19mg freebase in the pipe, you have 1mg of changa? What's the changa blend ratios? Am I being slow, or is this a tad unclear of a description?

DMT is a vasoconstrictor by itself, and harmalas mitigate this effect. They are very healthy in a number of ways. Still, you always pay a price for medicine work, and a few days of recovery are needed. DMT and similar substances modulate our immune response, too. I got sick a number of times after a very strong experience with both DMT and mushrooms. Maybe try some oral harmalas from time to time to see how you respond. Overall, you need a healthy body and a well-functioning cardio system. The latter is very important in order to have a good experience. Furthermore, your body adapts with time, and after a few years, you can tolerate much more.
All the Best 🙏

It's not you - it's me being vague.... In other words - I mostly use freebase and can occasionally end a session with changa if I feel like it's being called for.
