If I'm using 50g of bark. 50g of lye. Do I add the 50g of lye into 750ml of water..straight to the bark. Or does the bark need to soak in a certain amount before that.

Both are fine, some people will soak the bark in water with a dash of vinegar and or do freeze cycles, to increase yield. Anyway we have the faq section for these types of questions so you don’t need to frame your question as mediocre.

So before I add the lye. Just add water to bark and freeze it?
Yes just add some water and vinegar and do a couple of freeze cycles of freezing and thawing, then add your lye and proceed as usual.
I really appreciate the advice. Sorry to keep asking but how many freeze cycles? Also ive been seeing people using heated water baths after the naptha.
It’s variable, but most people do two or three, heating the basic soup might be a good idea aswel.
