Has anyone else felt that after a set of trips and psychedelic experiences, your "sober" self becomes closer and closer with your "tripping" self? I feel like that reality is integrating with my everyday self, becoming one. My trips have become less "intense", meaning I am no longer nervous or anxious and while at first the things I saw and heard seemed very unrealistic, out of this world, now it feels as a warm presence underlining my every waking minute.
I am very curious what people with more experience with psychedelics think about this, and if any of you feel this way.

Yeah absolutely. When I first smoked changa it shattered my world and I could barely remember any details form the experience. Now when I smoke it I'm into a more familiar place and am much more lucid, it's not a shock to me anymore because I'm getting familiar with that dimension.

And it has greatly changed the way i experience life day to day because I've become reacquainted with a fundamental part of reality that I'd long long forgotten. It's very hard to explain the effect it has on you but I can say it helped me to know myself and therefore it's helped me become a lot more happy in my self and confident, and it breathed a renewed sense of wonder into my soul that I lost in adolescence

I was thinking along these lines today myself. That the 2 phazes are not really different but just 2 parts of the same "whole" It was a very comforting thought and instills in me a belief that Im not that far off base in my regular daily life or in my search for something more in areas where I feel that I am possibly lacking. My return to DMT/ayahuasca has overall been a very positive one and I hope it continues to be a usefull tool for self healing and enlightenment.
