Mimosa hostilis root bark - CONFUSION!

The confusion I am having at this time is not that great. Now. I have looked in a number of sites! Erowid being one. And dose not list Mimosa hostilis root bark as being illegal in Australia. Now I also looked in salvialight.com, a nice site indeed. It did not say it was NOT sending to Australia... it lists counrtys that it wont send some herbs to, due to it being illegal.

I noted the part that sead "Any species not listed in these tables are prohibited entry into Australia by legislation and require assessment.". So dose this mean I am screwed right? But EndUse it dose not turn up in the Nursery stock... This is dryed bark though! I am going to Email them back on this. But I know there are some pretty smart people here. Hope To ease my confusion.
 
I have bark from SL it was acceptable quality. my first order took a wile the sold me bunk kratom 40x10grams $40US took it all no effect.
The site is or was run by one of those wacky raliens a group who claimed to have full grown human clones but could not produce proof it made national news a couple years back. There used to be a link to the railens video a wacky group founded by a aging french race car driver. who needs fitcion stories when you got dmt its stranger and stranger dont take it to seriously.

Mimosa Tenuiflorum is Mimosa Hostilis. It is illeagal to import into Australia. It has been done, customs can't check everything. But it is not worth the risk, when there are several natives that have a great alkaloid profile. If you havn't already, grab the Handbook and try to find some A. Obtusifolia.

Please harvest sustainably.

In a practical sense though there is little chance customs will check it or know what the hell it is. Truthful labelling may increase the risks. People get away with it all the time, but the question is "are you willing to be first?".

Back a few years ago when powerful psychedelics could be purchased online, I made quite a few successful orders, however my last ones were intercepted...20g of pure DXM powder (kinda glad I didn't get hold of that in retrospect) and some 2CI. I could tell they had been intercepted by tracking them, but didn't hear anything.

Also a few years back I ordered a box of 'Psilocybe mckennai' mushrooms from Holland. Her Majesty's customs sent me a letter informing me that they had intercepted my package, and gave me details if I wanted to get in touch with them...I didn't get round to it...by the time I got the letter, my mushrooms would have been spoiling a bit anyway. 😉

Of course thats here in the UK...might be a different case of affairs in the land of Oz.
 
Very insightful to say the least, thanks. Well, seens as how Her Majesty's 😉 owns Australia still, laws are pretty close. Not just that, something really hit me. I remind myself every now and then not to be afraid of something like death, as it really is pointless in the end. So why would I be afraid of jail? If they want to lock up another innocent person, so be it. Because that's what they WOULD be doing, I really have not done anything wrong through my life.

you may also look into Desmodium they are common world wide i beleive many types sizes. Delosperma is another one to consider. I am in the US but i have extracted a active substance from both of these. The both can contain various tryptamines. Check out (Library – Trout's Notes notes online for more info.

Hello Drake, have you tried the Acacia species? I've heard you've got plenty down there.
How is your experience with extraction techniques? You could try Acacia Longifolia,
Acacia Maidenii, Or even Acacia Obtusifolia. I've heard various reports on the exact percentage
of increadients on these species, but it seems that it could be worth a try, if you can't find
anything better.

Maybe someone with more direct experience on these specific plants could tell you something more.

Also, various Phalaris species like Phalaris Arunindacea or Phalaris Tuberosum contain DmT, maybe you could
find a sustainable population of these somewhere in your area, try looking near rivers and lakes.

Alternatively, you can always order yourself some seeds, I just ordered 1500 Phalaris Arunindacea seeds from
e-bay, they're pretty cheap. Offcourse you'll have to experiment to see wherer it's worth it or not,
but I'm pretty confident that it does.

Offcourse even though mimosa hostilis is a prohibited species to import in Oz, your FOAF could always take the risk,
I don't think it's that big.

Drake just to let you know I think (never tried) the Phalaris Arunindacea seeds are active as sprouts not sure of the alkaloid spectrum however. So you could sprout them and possibly extract with out waiting very long.

I remind myself every now and then not to be afraid of something like death, as it really is pointless in the end. So why would I be afraid of jail? Um, are you sure its Phalaris Arunindacea? Goggle spell checks to as, Phalaris Arundinacea. Look like a grass I have seen lots of times! Interesting to say the least.

And I think I would have to sprout like 50 seeds or something >.<!
 
I cut and pasted it but I sure it the same grass it can be tricky to id. It may also contain gramine a toxin can vary plant to plant. The common reed in Oz whos latin name escapes me at the moment is also a good possilility. You got to dig it out of the swamp it can be ass bustin but its free.
 
Maybe this has been answered already, but the North American Mimosa (fern like, pretty pink flowers) does not contain DMT?
 
The risk taker in me says simply feign ignorance and import MHRB - And to reduce the 'risk' - have the label indicate that you are importing a species that is legal. Also have it declare that it is only $25 worth of dye-making material, so it's not a big tax-grab.
 
I was thinking that. But would a supplier do that for me? Maybe I could get someone just to SEND me some, and I simply pay them etc. That way they could label it perfectly! But I am not sure many people want to take a bullet for me :? .

Albizia julibrissin does not contain dmt. It is used in chinese medicine as mild seditive and anti depresent. common name rain tree or monkey pod.

Lo and behold, I just read an article describing T.McKenna's technique of extracting DMT and
other active ingredients from poisonous toads! I have the feeling for the past few months that
some time soon we're gonna discover that DMT is contained into a source spread all over the world.
And then, we will migrate into the future. ^^
