Mistake on No smell Quick and easy tek

Hi,

Trying to extract from cebil seeds for the first time and used the NO smell quick and easy tek. Got to stage 8, where you add 50ml of water and a gram of Sodium Carbonate and nothing happened. No caramel crashing out Added more water and Sodium carbonate (as was using double the amount of seeds) and still nothing.

Read someone else having problems at this stage but they used ISO instead of acetone and was told use more ISO and seperate. So I tried this with acetone but now I just have a jar with a light yellow tinge to it with bufotenine furmarate, water, sodium carbonate and acetone in it :s

Have decided to evapourate the whole lot to recover what I did have but I haven't got a clue how to clean in all up and get back on tract.

ANy help anyone please?

update... it is almost all evaporated and all I have left is lots of black floating about in the little water that is left. Presumably a lot of this must be the sodium carbonate with some freebase bufo in there?

Help?

..actaully, on closer inspection a gel has formed over my evaporation plate in parts with what looks like a black powder everywhere else? Is this gel the caramel that should have formed? There isn't much colour to it and there is stilla bit of water too.

Think I may have to charge my camera up...

yeah that no smell tek does not really work in my experience. I tried it a number of times..it never worked past the fumarate stage. I could get nice long needle like bufotenine fumarates..but the rest of the tek after that point was always bunk for me.

I would take the fumarate crystals and mix them up with some sodium carbonate and a tiny little bit of water..mix it into a paste and then let it dry..then pull the freebase with iso, filter and evaporate.

Did this tek with 20gr cebil, also used acetone.

- After adding fumaric acid - something crashed (waited 8+ hours)
- poured off acetone
- evaporated acetone - obtained light-yellow residue (no nice X-tals)
- After adding 50ml water, dissolving and adding sodium carbonate - nothing crashes, no caramel

waited (3+ hours)
a bit oils are floating, the liquid is semi-transparent, on the bottom almost nothing (maybe bit of smth white - sodium carbonate?) and looks like some grey/black semitransparent cloud is inside.

waited (12+ hours)
oils are stuck to the walls of glass, smth like white sand on the bottom (but not attached firmly to the bottom), and upper third of water is transparent grey/black cloud (when cooling cloud growscloser and closer to the bottom)

Adding Sodium carbonate bit by bit up to ~0.2 - when falling it dissolves slowly, firstly forming spikes on the surface, secondly the water inside becomes turbid, after some time the same like waited (12+ hours)
