MMDA extraction from nutmeg

I read the nutmeg thread and got so excited I'm now sitting with like 13(11 nutmeg) nuts in hand.
Trying to find information i got even more excited when i read about MMDA.

So now i wonder if anyone knows of a good and easy way of converting myristicin into
MMDA...like "doable in my kitchen easy".

However, depending on who your chemical supplier is, and what they allow you to order, you can easily get around making some of the precursors from scratch.

SWIMs supplier is the common hardware store and the kitchen lab is...well it's a kitchen=)
SWIM can make basic bufotenin extractions in the "lab" but nothing fancy.
...I might have to settle for nutmeg butter for now until a more convenient
method shows up.=)

The only way I see you should be able to do this in your kitchen, is to use the method polytrip posted in the Nutmeg thread: Boil myristicin in a pressure cooker together with ammonia. Myristicin + Ammonia gives MMDA, but I don't think you will have a good yield. Also, you would need to purify both to remove everything else than the Myristicin before you boil, and then remove everything else than the MMDA after you boil it. Not so easy in the kitchen afterall...
