I also don't understand the rest of your rant, the hazard ratings for DMT go from LOW to MODERATE which is relatively mild and completely understandable considering the substance.
If you are using a chemical that is known to induce effect when inhaled or ingested it is a common responsible safety protocol to handle the substance accordingly.
