So... Silly q. Im a bit of a baller on a budget, and I was wondering if that would be good for a base leaf to enhance, probably a 1:1 ratio... It would be just that, and nothing else... There is a lot of it growing wild where I live, so I could make that work

And on a side note, I knew that stuff was good for itchy skin (never knew what it was called till very recently, I just knew the fuzzy leaves offered much comfort), but man... Im sure that's one the big pharm companies don't want you to know about. You can't put a patent on nature, and they don't like it...

Yes, mullein is great for changa. What you are making though is enhanced leaf. To make changa you need some freebase harmalas to add to the mix.

Mullein is one of the most popular plants to use for enhanced leaf or changa due to its smooth smoke. But I'd check out the multiple changa sections and the enhanced leaf section. It has pretty much all the information you would ever need to know on the subject. Good luck

So ill get some rue seeds, make an extract with those...

I have just done a rue extraction.
I recommend looking up ouro's post entitled "workspace".
The notes there helped me immensely.
