I have experience with both psilocybin and NBOMe-25, and I grow my own cubensis in a sterilized environment where I sterilize, inoculate, etc. I would like to try DMT crystal extraction using the A/B method. I have already bought half a kilo of Mimosa hostilis and have an important question to ask you. Is there any way to make some kind of tea just with the base plant used for DMT extraction, in this case, Mimosa hostilis? I want to make something similar to ayahuasca, but without MAOIs. Can I make tea with just Mimosa?

Yes you can. The section with the mimosa is where you want to focus. It won't be orally active without an maoi though

It MUST be drank with an MAOI or have the DMT extracted to be smoked? I can't just simple smoke the Mimosa powder then?

The MAO in your gut will break down the DMT before it can enter your bloodstream. And inhibitor is necessary to eliminate this effect of break down. Otherwise, you'll have to extract and vspe DMT freebase.

I'm assuming you're taking an SSRI thus you cannot have an MAOI in your system?
Drinking mimosa won't do anything without the MAOI. I haven't tried Aya yet, but I want to. I've just been smoking a bunch of free base.
I just learned extraction 6 months ago and am still tweaking some things, but I've had success on the last 8 extractions. Learn! It's fun!
