I've only done DMT twice (as stronge changa) but I am quite curious about this face I've seen both times because its the same face and picture I've seen on some peoples avatars on this forum. What does it mean? Just a visual, or something more? I am new to DMT, but have plenty of it, just waiting for the right time. My first two experiences were very positive, i felt and briefly saw the presence of people guiding me and showing me through the world, too much to explain haha. It was wonderful, and i came out of it both times so positive and fulled with even more love. Can't wait to get back in again 😁

So has anyone else seen these silimar images in their experience??
I did dmt just over a month ago, WAY before i even knew about this forum and had never seen these images before then. It came as quite a shock when i saw them on this forum only just recently! I saw the exactly same, similar style, even with the skulls on the side but did not take notice of the infants. Very similar patterns as the top picture, possible the same.

(Grabbed these off two peoples avatars as a refrence) :)
THANKS!

Those painting are done by Alex Gray. He has many unbelievable works. You should check his website.

Also he has done DMT and ayahuasca and his works are an inspiration of that.

You can find out more about his whole "philosophy" on his website and some Youtube documentaries.

I saw it too, only once though. I even said to a friend whats up with all the Alex Grey imagery at a time. Twas quite strange cause I don't normally see anything from real-life with psychedelics.

My 4th or 5th time doing DMT I saw the image I use as my avatar. It was on a 45mg dose. I was part of the "room" i was in. It was constantly changing in colors and felt as if it was the center of the experience.

Thanks for the push in the right direction. Found some stuff on it,

"The central being formed of rainbow energy bands represents existence outside of time. The skull/fetus, bracketing the "infinite one" portrays linear time, and indicates the temporality of life. Confronted by the constraints of time, every instant offers the capacity to realize our timeless existence."

"The painting by Alex Grey (2002) is called "Bardo Being" and comes from the "Progress of the Soul" series.
In any case, from dictionary.com, bardo means: in Tibetan Buddhism, the state between death and rebirth which varies between 7-49 days depending on the person's conduct in the previous life and their age at and manner of death
Etymology: Tibetan `between the two, inbetween state'"

"The Bardo is the realm were soul and individual merge into divine consciousness"

I had seen the image before Breifly beings im a huge tool fan (band) and Alex greys artwork is all over their album covers. This one in particular though I hadn't paid much attention too. It didn't really resonate with me and it was the least of my favorites. When I had the trip it took me about an hour until I realized what I had seen actually exists as artwork. I had remembered seeing it somewhere but couldn't remember exactly. Now it's one of my favorites.
