OK - first post. Firstly have to say this is a fantastic site with great knowledge and is very well organised. Spent a long time reading anonymously and have felt like I've learnt quite a bit without even attending a practical! Anyway I'm here because friend of mine just received some very nice purple looking root bark material today in the mail and is preparing a first time extraction, has done extensive reading on the various teks as well as other users accounts of following said procedures. Recommended brand of naphtha not readily available in his location however access to n-hexane is available and was wondering if there was any difference between hexane and n-hexane? Thanks!
