Naptha Question!

Can i use regular Naptha?

The one i bought does not say VM&P on it, could i still use it or should i return?

Also do i need to use ammonia for the wash or can i used Ice Cold water?

Check your naphtha against these links, and if you can find an msds on your naphtha and check the contents of it.

Don't wash dried alks with anything.
Do a polar wash on the naptha before you precip or evap.

hmmm did not think about that one i always do it after the puls , but does it really matter if before or after ?
