The frowning kids represent the aggressive yet childish attitude of modern business associates symbolized by neckties. This work by elru is to be understood as a criticism of civilisation. The artist accomplishes to communicate this by drawing on a past long gone...withered away, almost unreal. This starkly contrasts the factual life of angry, biotical machines, working in mondern "factorys" as slaves, bound by their nectie. Bound to obedience. Bound to serve the inevital: The eclipse of the postmodern era, noone can escape from...

not to derail but, I told my wife a theory I had the other day, seeing people of the same ethnicity as us driving a large vehicle (SUV) we figured they could not afford unless they were dealing drugs
(the occupants were tattooed as well).... people like that are eventually busted because they look the part, or are not inconspicuous about their activities.
if they were dressed in business attire and were not obviously living the "thug life", they may easily pass unnoticed.

unfortunately, racial profiling is so easily made possible by people fitting the stereotype.

Or rappin'.

Also whitey with an afro says we are all racist.

Das racist.

Props obliguhl. This reminded me of a time when I cracked Scooter's How much is the fish as being a biblical reference to Jonah (eaten by the whale). The writer wanted to get away from from this world therefore asking how much is the fish, or to be accurate, how much is the whale. What is the cost of isolation.
