[NEW FUNCTIONALITY] Show signatures (or not)

Hi all,

Due to a request about signature length in this thread by Coastal_Shaman and the idea of elru to make it an option to show the signatures or not I made some new functionality.

If you go to the edit your profile page and scroll down, you will see that there is now an option called "Show signatures". Thats your little switch to show the signatures or not.
