I got a couple plants today. The plants are 6-8 inches tall, curving over and growing from the tips. Should i cut the tip off so that the lower nodes branch out? Or should i leave them?
Their stems don't look too thick and full of collected energy.
If it were me I'd definitely wait on it till they got a couple more nodes and were happily growing where you put them.
Transportation tends to shock plants, and shocked cuttings have an even harder time of reacclimating and sending out roots.
Aside from their floppy droopiness they do look green and healthy
Give them time in a dedicated spot, let them get situated, ska pastora likes peace and quiet.
definately let them stabilize to the new area before cutting. Young Salvia can get shocked really easy, id wait a few months until they get thick and after cuttings the plant can still have at least a 4-6 large leaves.
