Okay CL you are just messing with our boundaries right now
are you gonna suggest there is no such thing as "fapping" or "not-fapping" ?
mckenna would be proud 😁

CL, that "technique" is called edging. you are preparing yourself perfectly for erectile dysfunction with it, cause your dopamine levels are high af for prolonged amounts of time. you are also in for severe mood swings and dismotivation and at worst suicidal thoughts caused by social anxiety due to imbalance of your brain chemistry.

I couldn't remember how long it had been so I performed a 'hard reset' two weeks ago. Prior to that it was at least three weeks but not more than a month.

Present and correct for inspection, Espurrr!

Today is day 100 for me, hard mode. I wanted to challenge myself to complete the full 90 day challenge as my previous record was only 62 days.

Unfortunately I don't seem to have acquired any new superpowers beyond those bestowed by my daily harmela. It didn't instantly make me moar attractive to women, instill unlimited confidence, and remove all my social anxiety. Feeling like /r/nofap lied to me a little bit. :?

It has given me a lot of extra energy to deal with which I've mostly been able to burn off at the gym and direct toward adding a few more healthy practices to my daily schedule (qi gong and a morning vinyasa). It has certainly given me a lot of insight into my own thinking processes and desires and motivations. It's made me much more aware of how hypersexualized media and advertising are. I was also surprised to discover that even though I gave up watching porn a couple years ago, there is still a lot of "residue" in my consciousness from basically a lifetime's worth of exposure and how efficiently my brain was able to dredge it up and bring it to the surface while I was sitting in my daily meditation or just randomly as I was going about my day.

I'm currently reading some Mantak Chia books and am going to start experimenting with some of the Taoist techniques offered therein as a way of continuing the challenge while still being able to explore my sexuality in a healthy and disciplined manner.

Just wanted to share my experience taking the challenge. Anyone else managed to complete the whole thing? what was your experience like?
