ok so i got my jars in the feezer. they have been there over night and i can see the white crystals, the first naphtha pull was the best, seems like the bottom of the jar is filled with white crystals. now this is where im stumped, should i filter it directly after i take it out of the freezer? i dont know if i should let it sit for a while. my plan was to put a coffee filter over the top of the jar and then pour it into a bowl, then placing the crystals from the coffee filter on a plate to let the remaining naphtha evaporate. This is my first time doing this and it will be my first time trying dmt.

another question. some of my jars i actually got some of the bark/lye mixture in the jar to be put in the freezer. and i was scrapping it out of the jar and the bark/lye stuck to some of the crystals, now i have a lil pile of brownish red stuff, is the stuff usless?

The way I usually do it is to put a coffee filter over a different jar and pour the naphtha through that. Then let the filter and the origianal jar dry off all the way and collect your crystals

Doing a ammonia wash should wash away this.
Make sure its non-sudsy ammonia that has been chilled a little bit. Put the DMT into a filter and poor a small amount of ammonia over them.

ok i have done all this. when i washed the stuff with ammonia like half of it disappeared. and im letting it dry and it doesnt look anything like what ive seen on this site so far. it looks more like coke then anything else, its powdery not crystally. how does it get to look like beutiful yellow crystals?

swim usually takes the jars out of the freezer and with the help of a serynge removes all the naphtha without touching the crystals , rather than using a coffe filter that usually nicks a bit of spice, than let it get to room temp , and slowly scrape everything off and set aside to dry , with the "dirty spice" swim usually keeps it aside and after redissolves it on really hot naphtha and again with the help of a serynge slowly removes all the naphtha leaving the lye/bark mixture behind with a little or none naphtha left ....

I think the ammonia wash is unnecessary most people repirt losing a significant amount of spice as for it lookinlike coke thats what you want nice whit e fluffy spice yellow spice i think comes from letting your base sit for a while the doin your pullsYadida said:
