Yeah, don't let SWIM do the extractions, SWIM always messes them up. You'd be better off doing them yourself 
That aside, whatever is trapped in the soup-bound naphtha will be largely recovered with three further pulls - and those pulls should be recovered nearly in full as the soup has reached its naphtha-carrying capacity.
[EDIT: I mean, I'm assuming you used naphtha but please clarify along the lines of the request below.]
Further advice may be given if you can give more precise details of the extraction process - type of plant material used, was it shredded or powdered, etc.
