so i have a bunch of liquid culture from away back and im pretty sure its mostly contamed now, so i was thinking i could do some agar work to clean it up and recover my lineages, i have a flowhood, and a pressure cooker, is there any particular recipe or procedure or something that anyone would recomend using grocery/hardware store materials, i dont want to order any special lab type equipment??...
