I have some expiriences, and after the last one I took as a "It is ok"

But i would like to try it ingesting it. I still have some crystals, how i get to ingest it ? Dont wanna smoke it, i knew there was a brazillian (hint from where iam from) seed that would help it....

Someone can please take some light to me
