Insomnia prompted me to take three doses of a bunch of different sedatives. I feel messsssed up.

100 mg of Benadryl
100 mg of 5-HTP
3 tblspoons of Kava Kava

I was worried about serotonin syndrom but now I just feel drunk and weeeeeeirded out.
