swims planning on useing 10x syrian rue extract with dmt he dose not know what the dosage he should take for both sides also needs a good diet info before he trys it much help is needed to be sure it works and wont make him sick

Also, next time consider buying whole seeds or making extract yourself because then you know the right dosage. 10x may mean 10x more alkaloids than the whole plant (so if a dosage of rue is around 3.5g tea, then 350mg of the extract), but maybe you need more or less depending on how pure the extract really is, how it was done.
