Our letting go

Hi all, :d

I'm new to DMT, being new I have recently learnt from 1 previous breakthrough as well as a handful of sub breakthrough experiences the need of letting go.

Today was a day spent in the process of letting go including this post. I spent the day with loved ones doing things we collectively enjoy and now I will meditate, once the time is right I will take a small does, then close my eyes, layback, and practice the letting go I will continue meditating until I feel the moment is right, then take a breakthrough dose to begin the journey.

Now that you have heard my method of the letting go process, which I incorporate into my daily life not just DMT journeys, I'm interested in hearing yours.

What sort of things do you do in preparation? if any. Any tips you have found that might aid me in my endeavors?

I let the experience have it's way with me. I try not to impose any of my own ideologies, thoughts, hopes, fears onto the experience. The experience is what it is. I try to let it flow through unimpeded. I just want to observe (all the while becoming). I try not to react - physically, emotionally, mentally. I try to accept it on its own terms. I try not to label (although it's easy to do with the monkey mind) or categorize anymore. Ready, set, puff.
 
your right on so many levels. I just find it difficult to let it happen, my initial reaction is just always to fight it. I feel I'm making progress in the area of letting it take me with no pre conceived notions.

Yeah, it's definitely easier said than done heh (i can speak on that aspect 😁 ).

The more you go in, the more you subject yourself to this annihilation, to the alineness, to all the powerfully charged sensations (some nice, some not so nice) the more you gain the software to deal just that little much more with this mind-bendingly powerful space. Never have gotten fully 'at home" with IT, but the acceptance of IT has grown in me more and more over the years.

To fight it in any fashion is to go down swinging, same can be said for life; their both intertwined ime.
 
Yes, iv only gone in fully once. That being said recently i have been taking a dose that allows me to straddel here and wherever its taking me. But i always start the session with the intention of going fully in. Like you say through and iv started realizing this aswell i am gaining a better capacity for going back by doing this. I think one day in the near future il be able to take the plunge entirely. Through the refinening of my administration technique, but more importantly refining my monkey brain to a state where its easier for me to let go of it.

Just keep doing what you already are doing and what brings you joy, happiness, peace and love and connect with nature, meditate, spend time with loved ones and doing what brings you the most joy and just lose yourself in the flow of the universe in a way and always be grateful for every experience.

The more grateful you are the more you will attract things in your life to be grateful for.
It only gets better my friend :)
