Hey you're welcome. Please keep us updated with your progress, the more people write about their experiences, the more we can learn and pull it out of the mystery/esoteric corner.

He has a slight different view on OBEs, but is nevertheless an important figure in the OBE scene. He was Bob Monroes sidekick from the beginning and sees the experience from a simulation theory view. He claims that you can OBE without going to sleep, by just switching "consciousness channels" like on a TV.

The talks are lengthy, but packed with interesting information. I guess it's time for you to call a guide/teacher the next time you go OOB.
