Well physical illnesses are just manifestations of emotional blockages (mental diseases) so I dunno about curing, but certainly think it can help : )
 
I'd say Ayahuasca can cure both. Donno about smoked DMT... I think the Caapi and it's compounds have a lot to do with the healing!
