I see his conclusions are:

"5-MeO-DMT represents a natural psychoactive tryptamine indolealkylamine drug of abuse. As a fast-acting drug, 5-MeO-DMT induces many physiological and behavioral changes in humans and animal models, such as visionary and auditory distortion, hyperthermia, head-twitch, and stimulus control ... 5-MeO-DMT is often co-abused with an MAOI such as harmaline to enhance hallucinations".

It seems to be that many are trained to think any ("unauthorised") use = abuse.

"Co-abused"? Sheesh...
