pharma capsules?

Hi all,

I'm embarking upon my first extraction from mhrb. I should have a gram or so to work with in a few days time.

I'm about to move house at the end of the month and would like to have a meaningful experience both before I leave here and arrive at the new place. I have no real expectations yet my past psychedelic experiences tell me this a good time to say goodbye to a stage in life, and hello to another.

Now I'm fine to vape the DMT I extract. But would love my partner to join in the experience as we arrive at the new place. If she agrees to a trip then no way would she vape.

So to make this all a bit more do-able for her, I think taking a spiritual capsule would be more palatable.

After looking around the site I see so many conflicting pharma reports and success stories. So wondered if there was a common successful method that at least a few independents agree upon?

Does the maoi HAVE to be taken first? I've read reports both ways....

Is there a reliable method of using small amounts of maoi containing material without having to go through another chemical extraction process?

Sorry if the answers are out there but I just find too much confliction in reports concerning pharma, so am after successful methods as the Mrs won't muck around doing this many times to find the sweet spot. So after successful methods that a few use or have used, especially with capsules.

She may nor want to take the trip at all when it comes to the crunch, but I'd still like to have the caps for myself and friends to enjoy.. So hope for a nice discussion topic at least.

i usually take the maoi before and as i am taking the DMT it all depends on the type of maoi you are using if you obtain some already extracted harmaline then you can easily just put it all into a 200mg capsule i tend to place the dmt in the center surrounded by the maoi. there is a really easy extraction on this site for getting the pure maoi from syrian rue but if you are just using a tea i would suggest taking before and during as mentioned earlier.

I'll do some investigation to see what I have available to me as far as per extracted maoi's. I don't mind doing the extraction, it's just I have three kids and finding time for all of this without questions being raised by young enquiring minds is difficult to say the least.. Especially when the kitchen doubles up as lab! lol

Well I've located an extract of Syrian rue 25x.

Would this be suitable for use in caps?

And would one expect to hurl (vomit) using this organic extract?

I just need to get some distilled vinegar then I'm good to go for the extraction this weekend.

If the 25X is a full range extract, it may contain Vasicinone and Vasicine. Your partner needs to be informed of all the effects. If a manske precip has been performed on the extract then it would likely only consist of harmaloids.

Perhaps your partner would have a less demanding experience on a small dose of cubes.

this is the tek i have used in the past (very effective for the simplicity)

like the others above i would like to make sure you are taking a dose you and your partner can both handle and even mark the capsules as to who is the recipient of each capsule on the first pharma trip i had take, my friend who had done this multiple times before had given himself a larger dose of both the harmalas and the dmt of course the capsules we used looked exactly the same causing me to end up taking the stronger one and had a very overpowering experience, even something as simple as putting a dot on it with permanent marker can save you or your partner from being under/over whelmed

Yeah she does have experience from long ago. Not as experienced as some but she has experienced mushrooms and acid.

As I said she may not decide to take a trip of any kind. But I'd still like to have some caps prepared as a friend of mine (another experienced journeyman) would love to share an experience. He'd also love to vape some! So as I said I'm really looking for methods and doseages that at least a few have had success with. Sometimes its hard for us parents to find a day without children, so would really not like to have too much trial and error.

And yeah form is emptyness I'll be looking into that. Should my partner go ahead, she prob wouldn't mind a purge too much. As she is quite spiritual and appreciative of age old traditions and ceremonies..

If you do a mansake with freebase at the end you can do it without arousing to much suspicion. Swap the acid boil for a acid soak in a thermos = no smell or boiling random seeds in the kitchen. Then swap the messy filtering for leaving to settle for a day. I am in a similar situation to you. I used 100g of seeds and took a week to extract a nice clean 4g but with just doing one 5 min step a day. It is easier and unless you are in a mad rush it is better.

100 grams of rue can be had for less than the price of a beer if you steer clear of headshops and try the middle eastern grocery suppliers.

I think good preparation of your extracts goes a long way to enhance the experience. As the saying goes you only get out of life what you put in. Put a bit of love and time into your potion and you will be rewarded. Bit like growing your own veg compared to just going to the shop.

If you are worried about you or your partner being sick you could just try dropping a little extract on its own jus to see if you feel comfortable with it. Don't need to fully blast off on your first go and this will prob help to dispel anxiety for a bigger dose. You can also try smoking a little bit to get a feel of the effects.
