an idea hit me a few days ago that made me surprised i did not think of it before.
for people that take caps
my idea is taking a really small capsule to put your spice in and
a bigger capsule to put your harms in and then you put the small spice cap inside of the big harmala cap
short and simple right?
but i never heard of anyone doing it and i never thought of it
anyone try this?
i usually always threw the spice in OJ to covert it because i always only have freebase but perhaps i can get a liquid cap for the spice to throw a squirt of OJ in it or something.
or perhaps i can just a little bit of a vitamin C pill?
