Pharmahuasca? DMT + moclobemide (Aurorix/Mannerix)

I found some posts a while back discussing using moclobemide as a RIMA to potentiate DMT...which I can't find now and suspect I would have the ability to post there as a newbie. So, I have some questions about when to take the RIMA.

It appears that for somebody around 75kg, the oral DMT dosage would start at around 50mg, with 100mg being pretty strong and 150mg+ in the holy shit category. Would the results of Norman's Tek be what is needed? About 150mg moclobemide? Does that all sound about right?

For best results orally, should the moclebemide be taken:

a) 30-45m prior to DMT so the RIMA is in the blood
b) At the same time or marginally before so the RIMA is in the stomach
c) Half and half a)+b) or would more than 2 x 75mg be needed.

If smoked, would a) be best?

What precautions can be taken to avoid nausea when taken orally? Mix DMT with OJ?

What about 'whities'? A couple of times smoking DMT spliffs my friend experienced the warning signs of an impending whitey.

Hello, yes, I did numerous pharmahuasca but most of them were all with harmalas ( harmine and harmaline mix as found when syrain rue is extracted). I was dosing 70 to 100mg n,n DMT fumarate.
Nox I have moclobemide and like this synthetic RIMA as well, I thought I might try a pharmahuasca session with it with do'nt know either with dosage. I guess we could try low, or I though as I'm running very low on DMT fumarate I'll dose the moclobemide and dose the n,n DMT plugged so it will not require as much inhibition but the moclo should still interect and potentiate it, but not need to inhibit the Mono amine oxydase to make it work. SO in this way I probably will need lower dose of both to make it work.
But it will not be a proper oral pharmahuasca either.
My pills are 300 mg but it is possible to cut them in half. I thought to take one whole pill of 300 mg of moclobemide as I like the effect at this dose. And I do'nt know maybe 50mg n,n DMT fumarate. with booster of 25mg..

A bum trip but in a good way? :-D I can see I shall have to research that technique but as an active member of the kink scene, it holds no terrors ;-) I'm guessing moclo 45m or so prior to DMT?

BTW, I suppose plugging avoids any potential stomach upset?

Pete this might sound weird but what do you use to plug, I was thinking of making my own suppositories, also you don't need a maoi when plugging do you.

No, MAOI is necessary
