Gastro-resistant omeprazole caps are used in the same way as the non-gastro version;if I was going to load some harmalas and DMT into such capsules I would still make sure my gut was relatively empty so theres no obstruction between the small bowel brush border and the goodies.Plus it would be easier to suss out if using such caps were useful by having a 'standardised' set of conditions with each administration of such capsules.

Diet-wise, whatever rules one chooses to follow should probably still be implemented.

There are some heroic doses being quoted here. For anyone short on spice and want's a "big" trip. Try taking a lower dose phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor ,that's Viagra, Cialis, or a generic version an hour before the 2-3 gr. Rue dosage. I bet even the hard heads won't need much more than 80-100mg of fumarate.
