Plant Fats on Surface of Acacia Brew?

@CheeseCat did you ever figure out what it was? I have gotten films of wax form on surface of brews .. however never with floribunda. Some acacias can have some waxy substances in them.. but I agree this does look similar to bacteria the way it’s arranged in little circles.
Hey @acacian, this brew was a bit problematic. After reducing it down to 80ml everything looked fine visually. However, once it had settled in the fridge the thick gooey fat layer returned on the surface. I managed to scrape it off and thought it might be ok still but after a few more weeks there was more. I ended up abandoning it primarily because the brew smelt alarmingly different to past flori brews I'd made...
