Please help me with psilocybin extractions

So I have been doing just an ethanol extraction but I don't think it's gett8ng the potency that it should.

could someone walk me through two different extraction teks?
I would like to know how to properly do a dual extraction.
I would also like to learn how to make crystals using and acid base extraction

I've been doing some research and it's h9nestly all too complicated for me with the a/b extraction
can someone please walk me through both extraction methods in layman's terms. I haven't studied chemistry in 20 years. I'm not dumb, I just need some guidance.

I don’t think it’s about you or your abilities, extractions of psilocybin are notoriously difficult and are prone to failure, I think it’s better to do a extraction per session where you just make a tea with some lemon and mushrooms.

Next to that if you are successful in extraction it is common to lose potency over time. The best method to preserve your mushrooms is to vacuum them when completely dried and don’t powder them. Unless you have a bottle of argon of course.

Exposure to light, along with enzymatic activity in the mushrooms themselves, are two major factors in potency loss. @benzyme gave an account of successful psilocybin some long while ago. I don't know if it's still on the forum. Methanol is a better solvent, iirc.

HPLC analysis of psilocin/psilocybin

*edit 12/29/21.. link deleted, was for an unrelated book* This procedure was replicated by sonication @ 80W, of a dry gram of p.cubensis aborts in ~50 mL hplc-grade methanol for 10 mins at 25 C , followed by magnetic stirring for 24 hr. The solution was filtered through 0.44 um syringe filters...
