Please point me to the latest and best Caapi extraction tech.

I have seen a couple, maybe a/b or freebase. But I haven't really found anything written out clearly.
If there is something out there-- a specific tech-- please point me to it.
I'm ideally of course-- looking for the most efficient non toxic Caapi purification/extraction tech at the moment.
