Try to think of some more positive alternatives. I think the idea of doing it at a friend's house is great. Or rent out a self-storage facility where you can get some privacy, if you can find something that is reasonably safe.
As obliguhl stated above the need or desire to work with the spice and the timing are not so easily just put aside. Every time I've had the urge to undergo psychedelic transformations and denied myself or was denied the experience, it came back ten fold eventually, and made me realize that I'd needed it for a long time. It's not good to suppress these things unnecessarily because often there are waves (within and without) that we need to ride. If we miss them we might end up spending months or years of our lives stuck in a state that we should have already overcome.
However, without wanting to try to dissuade you from your endeavor, do at least consider alternatives, since your conditions seem less than optimal.

I've heard that in the usa many self-storage facilities use video surveillance to check for meth labs, so it might not be the best alternative.
