Ressurecting an old thread... What are your pre-flight rituals??

The reason for bringing this thread up from the dead is I would like to make some kind of a pre-dose ritual as to show respect to the spirits, myself and the molecule.

I'm very interested to hear not only your rituals, but also those of your friends and/or of religious/indigenousness peoples.

Rituals have been a vital part of humanity and I'd really think it would help deepen the spice experience.
