Precipitation looks different than anything I've previously gotten

Anyone have any ideas what's going on here? This was powdered MHRB that had been boiled in vinegar water, then sealed of and left to soak for weeks because of time constraints. I pulled it out yesterday, basified with lye, and did a few naphtha pulls with previously used naphtha that may or may not have been fairly saturated to begin. Placed pulls in Pyrex dish and allowed to cool at room temperature for 12-15 hours. I wake up this morning planning to move to freeze precip and this is what I find. Has anyone ever Cotten this? If it's all dmt/nmt it's much more than expected. Is there any chance some fats moved over with the pulls and that's why there are no crystals? Any ideas on what's up here would be much appreciated

Cant really tell from that photo, its likely more oils/tannins etc will have migrated to the solvent if it was left for a while. Oils from your previous pulls may have precipitated out after time too.
Mini acid-base will clean it up but yellow wax is still usuable, there is no NMT in MHRB as far as I am aware.

Sorry, it was ACRB,.... Too many years spent typin MHRB. The bark sat in vinegar water for weeks, but naphtha pulls were done quickly just after basifying the soup

Acid will break down the plant material so yeah likely some oils, tannins etc..NMT too no doubt, whats the end weight how much did you start with?

Was your naps yellow? I've let ACRB base soup sit for expended periods before pulling and gotten very yellow, oily waxgoo, and would ASSUME that similar transfer of fats would occur if acid bath was left for a time ,aiyc.

Yes, a mini a/b which is easier to perform than one may think- if I can do it, anyone can, lol, will clean your spice right up.
