Problem uploading avatar.

I have a jpeg I want to use as my avatar, but when I try to use it I get an error message that it is not a proper image file. Is there a size limit or some other thing going on that is preventing this jpeg from being accepted?

Try sending the picture to yourself via email, save to file and try uploading that file. That should change the file to something that is acceptable for uploading. Jpeg is not accepted. Hope that helps. Seems like the easiest solution.

I tried the email thing and I'm still getting the same error. The file is actually jpg not jpeg.

I can't figure out how to make it be my avatar.
