I should make an introduction mentioning that I am not a lab genius like some of you, But I am willing to learn...
I wanted to ask the people here for help, trying to understand and recreate a psilocybin testing kit (sorry if there is a already a thread on this, couldn´t find it, don´t hate me):

I wish there was a method I could use to test mushrooms myself.
I found from years of experience, that there´s great difference in the potency of a first harvest, compared to a second, third or fourth harvest...
And also between the little ones that don´t grow up much (sadly called "aborts").
Last weekend I made some juice for a birthday party... and only 40ml of the tea I prepared (with nice melon and passion fruit flavour) seated me on my ass.
I am trying to find a way to have a consistent dosage of this precious medicine.
I think I could have a batch of dried and grounded mushroom powder...
If I had a method to determine the psilocybin potency, I could mix different samples until reaching a desired concentration per gram. That would be my goal.
