May I ask what your master thesis is about, since the survey is quite interesting?

Also, I wonder what the purpose of those confusing double negatives is - perhaps some kind of data collection trick to negate false entries? I wouldn't say it made things easier to fill out.

It’s about identity shift following psychedelic use and how mystical experiences and ego dissolution may influence it.
The questions were not developed by me; I am using an already validated survey because developing one myself would take a very long time, which I unfortunately just don’t have.
It is a bit tricky, yes, but the scale is actually widely used to assess mystical experiences during a psychedelic trip or during other spiritual activities.
Nevertheless, I completely agree that it’s a bit tricky. I included instructions on how to correctly fill it out; I hope that helps!

I understand, developing a survey like that would indeed take a long time. I suppose the double negatives are there to remove the inclination for people to just click the rightmost or leftmost option of the scale for all questions just to get it over with quicker.

Thank you for putting your time and effort into a truly meaningful and important piece of research. I'd be intereted to hear of any positive developments in that regard.
