I've had a mimosa extraction sitting in a cupboard for months, I had forgot all about it. I have no solvents lying around except IPA, can a pull be done with that in place of naphtha or xylene? I have a feeling there is a reason not to do this, but not sure why... IPA is polar whereas xylene/naphtha/d-limo etc are non-polar, is this why not to do it? Would it not float on top of the solution the way non-polars do?

You could have also tried this yourself you know!

Just mix few ml of IPA and water and you would have been given the answer straight in front of your eyes.

Good point, lol.
