Q21Q21 Jim-Jam/5-MEO help

I have recently completed the fluffy white fun-fest n,n-dmt portion of Q21Q21's tek with an astounding success. i followed the instructions and took many hours to learn the chemistry behind the process and it paid off, i have a very clean product that smokes incredibly well.

my question is, the bark that i have already done naphtha pulls on has had the n,n-dmt pulled off only (from my understanding) and i want to know if i can or should run a xylene/d-limonene on this same bark to get off jim-jam and the other alkaloids.

also, using the bark i've already done naphtha pulls on, is it at all possible to simply isolate 5-MEO from this? i haven't been able to find a thread on pulling off of the bark i've already done n,n-dmt extractions on and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction or explain it, because it is my wish to isolate and smoke some of the 5-MEO-DMT or jim-jam by itself.
